MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- A Mishawaka man is in custody after an early-evening shots fired call.

This happened Wednesday, June 3, at about 6:47 p.m. Police were called to the 800 block of Sarah Street following multiple reports of a disturbance involving a crowd, guns, and possible shots fired.

Witnesses told officers that an ongoing neighborhood parking dispute escalated to an argument; investigators say that a gun was fired during the confrontation.

21-year-old Latrayveeon Fleming is charged with Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon, Pointing a Firearm at Another Person, and Criminal Recklessness Committed with a Deadly Weapon.
