Conditions are cold and breezy and will remain so for the rest of the day. Temperatures tonight will drop into the teens once again. Winds will calm during the overnight hours. Friday will bring mostly sunny conditions, with temperatures nearing 30°. Mild temperatures will return to the forecast, reaching the 40s. Rain showers will develop by Saturday afternoon and last until the beginning of next week.
