The cold front took a chunk out of our temperatures, with highs likely 10 degrees cooler than yesterday. Overall, Michiana is expecting some clearer skies, some clouds thanks to breezy conditions over Lake Michigan, wave heights are going to continue to be very high, so a beach day is out of the question. With cooler air blowing over a warmer lake we do have the chance to see some lake effect showers this evening and into tomorrow morning. These will likely be affecting Berrien County, but central Michiana down breeze could be experiencing these showers as well. Cooler conditions are expected tomorrow, with highs once again slipping into the high 60s, though we are expecting to be warming through the week. Michiana will be closer to average by the holiday weekend, likely returning to the low 80s in some areas with overall dry conditions expected.
