Two-vehicle collison on ice-covered roadway

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- Marshall County Central Dispatch was nonfitted of a two-vehicle collision on Thursday around 1:40 p.m. at the intersection of US 6 an Oak Road. Dispatch was informed it was a T-Bone style collision.

When officers arrived, it was determined that a 2013 Chevy Sonic was being driven north by a Plymouth resident when they were unable to stop on the ice-covered roadway. Since they were unable to stop, they then entered the driving lanes of US 6, where they struck the passenger side of another vehicle. A 2017 GMC Sierra, towing a trailer, that was being driven by another Plymouth resident.

The driver of the Chevy, along with their two juvenile passengers, were transported to the Bremen Hospital to be evaluated.

The driver of the GMC had no reported injuries.
