State Representative Michele Hoitenga aims to stop yearly time changes with new legislation that is currently up for a vote in the Commerce and Tourism committee.
The lawmaker hopes it makes the house floor for a full vote and is currently looking for a member of the Senate to sponsor a coinciding bill.
