MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. -- The Michigan City Police Department reports a woman was arrested on Feb. 20 following an extensive investigation by the La Porte County Drug Task Force (LCDTF), an Indiana and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

The woman, identified as 38-year-old Ashley Coleman of Michigan City, was arrested as a result of investigation known as "Operation Payday," which is aimed at targeting those responsible for distributing lethal narcotics.
