Michigan City man arrested for Possession of child pornography

MICHIGAN CITY, Ind.-- In May of 2024 the Indiana State Police Criminal Investigation Division Lowell post received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. 

The tip reported three videos that allegedly contained Child Sexual Abuse Material and an Indiana Internet Crimes against children task force investigation was initiated. During the investigation it was determined that the suspect accessing the material lived in Michigan City, Indiana.

Further investigation into the material was conducted and a search warrant was executed on Jan.17 at an address in the 3100 block of Springland Ave. in Michigan City and a suspect was identified.

Stephen Julius Terrell Marrow II was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Child Pornography. 

The Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) encourages Hoosiers to report online exploitation, solicitation and enticement type crimes against children to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
