Mexican national sentenced for reentry of removed alien offense

Manuel De Jesus Tinoco-Calderon SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The United States Attorney’s Office Northern District of Indiana announced a 36-year-old Mexican resident of South Bend was sentenced after pleading guilty to Felony Reentry of Removed Alien.
The man, identified as Manuel De Jesus Tinoco-Calderon, was sentenced to time served after having been in custody since Aug. 15, 2025.
Case documents reveal Tinoco-Calderon was previously removed from the United States in September 2007.
