Mayor Mueller will temporarily rename streets in honor of Dyngus Day and Solidarity Day

SAINT JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. --Mayor Mueller will temporarily rename a couple of streets, in honor of Solidarity Day and Dyngus Day, on Monday, April 1.
The intersection of Laurel Street and West Western Avenue, outside of LaSalle Landing Lodge #298 South Bend Elks at 1001 W. Western Avenue, will be renamed Solidarity Day Drive, at 11:30 a.m.
The intersection of South Warren Street and Ford Street, outside the West Side Democratic and Civic Club at 617 South Warren Street, will be renamed Dyngus Day Drive, at 12 p.m.
