SOUTH BEND, Ind. — The "New Year" means new beginnings for Mayor James Mueller who was officially sworn into office for his second term as South Bend’s 33rd Mayor on Monday, January first.
Mayor Mueller got back to work Tuesday morning at the County City Building to start his second term.
He sat down with ABC57’s Jackie Bauer to answer some questions about key issues facing the city, like crime, housing, and concerns for communities of color.
