Mayflower Road and Sample Street intersection to see traffic improvements

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Improvements will begin October 25 for the intersection at Mayflower Road and Sample Street says The City of South Bend.
New traffic signals, more curb room for semi-trucks, as well as better lighting and pavement will be installed as part of the Mayflower Road and Sample Street Traffic Improvements Project.
The project is estimated to be completed by mid-November and will remain open with restrictions during construction.
