MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff's Department have a man in custody on charges of Strangulation, Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Child less than 16 Years of Age, and more after a domestic conflict on Sunday. 

Authorities say they were called to residence in the 13300 block of Nutmeg Ridge Drive around midnight on Jan. 12 in reference to a "domestic situation."

"The husband in the incident, Michael L. Rash was arrested and lodged for Strangulation, Criminal Confinement, Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Child Less Than 16 Years of Age, and Invasion of Privacy," the MCSD said.
