GRANGER, Ind. - A Mario Cart competition was held on Sunday at Ninja Golf for gamers to show their love for Super Mario.
The competition was separated by two groups, 11 and under, and 12 and over, giving a chance to win some prizes.
John Miller, Ninja Golf owner, stated, "Mario Kart is beloved by so many kids, so we started doing this about five years ago, just kind of on a whim, and it's kind of grown and grown, and the quality of the racing has gotten higher and higher, and it's super fun. It's a way for people just to kind of forget about the troubles of the day. On a Sunday, the weather's beautiful, and we're just so lucky that people will come out and celebrate with us."
