Police arrested a Delaware man in LaGrange County after they say he led state troopers on a chase in a semi he stole from his former employer.

On Saturday, police got a call that a man who was let go from an Illinois trucking company was driving one of its semis east on the Indiana Toll Road.

State troopers caught sight of the semi just before 1 p.m. as it left the Toll Road at the Notre Dame exit.

The semi then got back on the Toll Road, where officers chased the semi through Elkhart County into LaGrange County before eventually making the arrest.

Durrell Kelley, 31, was arrested on multiple charges.
