UPDATE: The La Porte County Coroner confirmed the cause of death of the couple as electrocution in water.

Todd Rosenbaum was in a creek where he placed a sump pump to draw water for a pond on his property.

Patricia Rosenbaum, his wife, was on the bank of the creek with her legs in the water.

This is an ongoing investigation; manner of death is accidental.

ORIGINAL STORY: LA PORTE COUNTY, Ind. -- A man and woman are found dead in a La Porte County property.

Deputies responded to the property Saturday night after both adults were found dead.

The two Wanatah adults have been identified as 60-year-old Patricia J. Rosenbaum and Todd A. Rosenbaum.

This is believed to be an isolated incident with an ongoing investigation.

There is no danger to the surrounding community.
