Man faces felony charges in regard to hit and run

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - Jessie Wade Richardson is facing seven felony charges in St. Joseph County resulting from an alleged hit and run on October 26, which left one person injured.

Richardson is accused of committing a hit and run on South Bend Avenue in South Bend.

When police arrived, the victim was lying on the ground with his foot nearly severed from the leg according to documents.

According to court documents, Richardson was allegedly threatening the victim before reversing his car and hitting him.

Richardson is due in court on November 22.
