Macy's planning to hire 4,000 full-time employees

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Macy's is undergoing a massive hiring spree.
The department store chain plans to hire 4,000 full-time workers. The so-called, "high-paying" jobs are open at several of its 480 locations, including the University Park Mall store in Mishawaka.
The company hired thousands of people in 2011.
