Local puppy competing in Puppy Bowl

Homeward Bound Animal Welfare Group ELKAHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Rockne is from the Homeward Bound Animal Welfare Group in Elkhart County and will be a participant in this year's Puppy Bowl. The Puppy Bowl promotes adoption and over 140 rescue dogs will play for either Team Ruff or Team Fluff.
