Local art gallery accepting applications for 2025 Gallery Exhibition Series
ST. JOSEPH, Mich. -- The Box Factory for the Arts announced it's now accepting applications for art exhibits until 11:59 p.m., September 15, for its 2025 Gallery Exhibition Series.
Box Factory officials say artists may propose an individual exhibition or a themed group show.
Officials say all media will be considered and the exhibits will run for six weeks.
The Box Factory has four galleries on three levels, each displaying a different exhibit.
Officials say around two dozen pieces would be needed to comfortably fit one of the galleries.
As an alternative to an individual exhibit, officials say artists can put together a two- or three-person group exhibit designed around a common theme or subject.
Applicants will be notified by October 15 by email.
The Box Factory for the Arts is located at 1101 Broad St. in St. Joseph.
Officials say applicants who are residents of the following counties will be given preference:

- Allegan County
- Berrien County
- Cass County
- Kalamazoo County
- St. Joseph County
- Van Buren County
- Barry County
- Kent County
- Ottawa County
