ELKHART, Ind. - – Elkhart County Lemonade Day and ADEC Summer Camp announced their partnership to host "Lemonade Stand" on Friday, June 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Organizers say the fun-filled day will take place at the Elkhart Downtown Civic Plaza.

ADEC Summer Camp is known for their enriching programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The lemonade will be made and served by ADEC campers, highlighting their creativity and entrepreneurial skills.

“We are thrilled to partner with ADEC Summer Camp for Lemonade Day,” said Megan Hartman, City Director at Elkhart County Lemonade Day. “This collaboration not only celebrates the entrepreneurial spirit of our youth but also promotes inclusivity and community engagement.”

Organizers say all proceeds from the stand will support ADEC's mission to empower individuals with disabilities and provide them opportunities for growth and independence.
