GOSHEN, Ind. -- The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced that lane closures are set to begin April 14 on the Ind. 15 overpass between Pike Street and U.S 33 and Mill Street.

Crews are set to begin a bridge deck overlay on the State Road 15 bridge over Norfolk Southern railroad and Rock Run Creek.

This project is set to be complete in three phases, during which crews will shifts lanes to accommodate work.

Closures will remain in effect until mid-November.

The goal of the project is to extend the life of the bridge, support long-term traffic flow through Goshen's north-south corridor, and to improve surface conditions.
