Inspection records show conditions at shuttered Red Rock Inn
LA PORTE, Ind.-- On Dec 10, La Porte Police Department's SWAT Team, in coordination with the U.S. Marshals Service Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force, executed a search warrant in the 500 block of Lawrence Street.
25-year-old Danny McCullough was safely detained, and the search warrant was executed without incident.
McCullough waived his rights and was transported to the La Porte County Jail under the following charges:
- Two counts of Sex Crime-Possession of Child Pornography (Level 4 Felony)
- Two counts of Sex Crime-Possession of Child Pornography (Level 5 Felony)
- One count of Sex Crime-Child Solicitation (Level 5 Felony)
