San Pierre resident arrested and charged with felony child molesting
Stark County Justice Center STARKE COUNTY, Ind. -- Detectives with the Starke County Sheriff’s Department, along with investigators with the Indiana Department of Child Services began an investigation into allegation of sexual abuse of a juvenile in the San Pierre area, on April 12.
During the course of the investigation, several interviews were conducted and evidence was obtained by investigators.
On April 21, a search warrant was executed on a residence in the 14000 West block of S.R. 10 in San Pierre, Indiana, where additional evidence linked to the alleged sexual assault was located.
As a result of the investigation, Leviathan Bobo, 32, of San Pierre, was taken into custody and transported to the Starke County Justice Center. The report that was filed with the Starke County Prosecutors Office charges the suspect with Child Molesting as a Level 1 Felony, Child Molesting as a Level 4 Felony, and Incest as a Level 4 Felony.
