Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office locates missing man

KOSCIUSCKO COUNTY, Ind.— The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office on Friday asked the public for help in locating a missing man, 51-year-old Donald Barley.
In an update Friday evening, police said they were able to make contact with Barley.
