Jury picked for Castile case

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - A jury is set to decided whether or not the grandmother of 10 year-old Tramelle Sturgis should be held accountable in his death.

The 12 member jury and two alternates were selected Tuesday night after a two day selection process.

Dellia Castile is charged with three counts of child neglect following the death of her grandson.

Jurors found Castile's son, Terry Sturgis, guilty of all 14 counts he was charged with on May 24th, including beating his son Tramelle to death in November 2011.

Lawyers will start presenting evidence in Castile's case on Thursday morning.

The trial is expected to run well into the following week.
