SOUTH BEND, Ind. --A job fair was hosted at the Brown Community Learning Center on November 17 by the South Bend Community School Corporation, in attempt to recruit new teachers and staff for the new year.
The event saw a good turnout meeting with the community to talk about open positions, schools' programs and their students of course.
The principal of Muessel Elementary School, Hughes Valmond said: "It's a great school corporation. And you can give back and be able to work with our students. Great opportunity for pair up positions. We have teacher openings, we have lunchroom aides, and so many, many more."
If you couldn't make it to the event, but are interested in being part of the community, you can see all available positions and apply online here: https://sb.tedk12.com/hire/index.aspx
