JC's Coal Oven Pizza Co. closed until further notice
ABC 57 GRANGER, Ind. -- A notice of closure from the landlord sits on the front doors of JC's Coal Oven Pizza Co. as of Tuesday, with the restaurant confirming its closure via social media.
The landlord's notice of closure states the premises are no longer open for business and are under the landlord's control.
A previous note from JC's owner, Jesse Onate, remains up next to the landlord's notice. Onate's note states the shop had been closed for staff training and was expected to reopen at 4 p.m., Tuesday.
A post was made on the official Facebook page for JC's which states they recently had an unexpected water main issue which required them to temporarily close for repairs.
The restaurant also needed to complete the required health department inspection process before reopening, according to the post.
The post states due to the extended closure, there was an unexpected and significant loss of revenue.
The restaurant's post continues on, stating they're actively working through the issues surrounding the closure and are hoping to have them resolved soon.
