James Bond Jr. due in court

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- A St. Joseph County man charged with murder is due in court Tuesday.
James Bond Junior was charged with killing Ramon Hamilton last December.
Police said Hamilton was killed in a shoot-out on Lindsay Avenue.
Bond was arrested in Arkansas in February.
Tuesday he'll have a records hearing. Bond's trial is set to begin Nov. 26.
