ISP conducting homicide investigation after woman found dead on I-70

INDIANAPOLIS -- Indiana State Police are investigating after a woman’s body was found in a cross-over at the 93.1 mile marker of I-70 westbound Tuesday morning.
Police identified the victim as 21-year-old Dai-Ghia Hogan of Indianapolis. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
ISP is investigating her death as a homicide.
Anyone who was traveling in that area early Tuesday morning who may have witnessed any vehicles turning into or out of the cross-over is asked to contact ISP at (317) 899-8577.
