Michiana Area Council of Governments ELKHART, Ind. -- According to the Michiana Area Council of Governments, the Interurban Trolley will permanently modify Route 33 to turn onto Main Street earlier in the route, starting on Monday, Apr. 20.
From Cassopolis Street, the new route will see buses turning right onto Simonton Street and then left onto Main Street, before moving on past Beardsley Avenue, where the route will continue as before.
Riders at the current Cassopolis and Simonton stop should board on the northwest corner of the intersection where the bus turns onto Simonton. Riders at the current Cassopolis and Beardsley stop should board at Main and Beardsley on the northwest corner of intersection.
To reflect the new stops, the relevant bus stop signs will also be changed.
