Indiana has 51,079 cases of COVID-19, 2,563 deaths

The Indiana State Department of Health announced there are 793 new cases of COVID-19 and 8 deaths.

There are a total of 51,079 cases and 2,563 Hoosiers have died.

To date, 558,146 tests have been reported to the department.

Intensive care unit and ventilator capacity remains steady. As of today, nearly 36 percent of ICU beds and 84 percent of ventilators are available.

  • Elkhart Co.: 3,539 cases, 59 deaths
  • Fulton Co.: 73 cases, 1 death
  • Kosciusko Co.: 575 cases, 4 deaths, 245 recovered
  • La Grange Co.: 484 cases, 9 deaths, 300 recovered
  • La Porte Co.: 616 cases, 28 deaths
  • Marshall Co.: 544 cases, 9 deaths
  • Pulaski Co.: 66 cases, 1 death
  • St. Joseph Co.: 2,106 cases, 69 deaths
  • Starke Co.: 104 cases, 3 deaths
