Indiana Governor orders flags at half-staff in honor of President Carter

INDIANAPOLIS -- Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb is directing flags to be flown at half-staff across Indiana on Jan. 28, in honor and tribute to the memory of President James Carter, Jr.

"Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on from now until sunset Tuesday, Jan. 28," the Governor said.

He is also requesting businesses and residents to lower their flags to half-staff.
