MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- The Humane Society of St. Jospeh County is currently running a program called "Home for the Holidays" for the second year in a row with the help of Afdent Dentistry.
For no fee the furry friends could be your new best friend.
Genny Brown, Director of the St. Jospeh County Humane Society tells us they had over 200 adoptions during the program last year and are already near that number in 2025.
Donations are needed, and at the top of the list is wet dog and cat food and basic cleaning supplies.
The Humane Society will close early on Christmas Eve and stay closed all day on Christmas, so make sure to get your applications in as soon as possible.
