SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The city of South Bend ordered homeless encampment to move out on the morning of Sept. 27.
ABC57 news was present on Colfax Bridge to capture people living in tents tearing them down and moving away at the request of the City's Department of Venues Parks and Art.
By 8 a.m. on Friday, the tents were gone, and city workers began getting rid of all the debris left behind.
