Hit-and-run after a rear end collision

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind.-- Elkhart County Sheriff's Office reported to a 2 vehicle crash around 4:31 a.m. on US 20 and SR 15.
A Black Ford F250 was traveling eastbound on US 20 approaching SR 15 when suddenly it collided with a 2011 Dodge Ram due to traffic.
The Ford F250 quickly fled the scene of the crime, driver is still unknown.
Both cars had minor damage.
The driver of the Dodge Ram identified as a 22-year-old, Zachary Adams, who reportedly had wrist pain refused medical treatment at the scene.
The investigation is still ongoing.
