INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – As the number of COVID-19 cases grows, the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) is partnering with local health officials in four communities. This will provide free drive-thru testing for healthcare workers, first responders, and essential employees who have symptoms of the virus.
These clinics will be held 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from April 13 through 17 at the following locations:
- CK Newsome Community Center in Evansville
- Ivy Tech in Fort Wayne
- St. Timothy Community Church in Gary
- Ivy Tech in Sellersburg
A driver’s license or other state-issued identification card and documentation of place of employment is needed.
Only people with symptoms will be tested with a limit of one per vehicle, and the tests will last until supplies run out.
Essential workers are identified by Governor Eric Holcomb here.
