GOSHEN, Ind. -- A 38-year-old Goshen man has been arrested on charges of Child Molestation after a victim initially came forward nearly 14 months ago.

Documents in the case state that Goshen Police Department officers were informed on Dec. 3, 2023, that Roy Caltierra Tiscareno was accused of molesting a child. 

The graphic police report indicates Valtierra Tiscareno is accused of touching a child and forcing the child to touch him on numerous occasions in late 2023, including one instance where the victim was asleep. 

Valtierra Tiscareno is charged with three counts of Child Molesting-Fondling or touching with child under 14.
