NOTRE DAME, Ind -- There was something in the skies over Michiana. Folks pulled over on the side of the road to stare up at the big Goodyear Blimp.
It's one of the most recognizable icons in football. Friday, the 16 man crew got to work wrangling it in and hooking it up to it's mast. They travel across the country and say it never gets old to see people in awe.
Saturday the Goodyear Blimp hovered over Notre Dame Stadium while the Irish pummeled the Air Force Falcons, 59-33.
