BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- Employers, job seekers, and students are invited to "The Future Fair" at Lake Michigan College this Saturday as the event looks to showcase available positions and talent.

The event will take place at LMC on Wednesday April 16, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Main Building of the Benton Harbor Campus (2755 E. Napier Ave.)

"The Future Fair offers local employers a unique opportunity to connect directly with motivated job seekers, including students about to graduate from LMC, as well as community members looking for new employment opportunities," organizers said.

"Participating organizations will be able to showcase their available positions and engage with attendees in a dynamic and supportive setting."

Employers interested in participating in the event (space is limited) must register through the Handshake platform.

“Spring is a season of renewal and growth, and this event reflects that spirit by connecting community members and graduating students with meaningful career opportunities in our region,” said Kathi Szabo, Lake Michigan College’s Career Development Coordinator.

“We are proud to serve as a bridge between job seekers and the local business community.”
