ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Monday, August 28th, 2023
Our weather stays fairly quiet all week long across Michiana. The exception is on Tuesday as another cold front pushes through. A few scattered thunderstorms are possible late in the afternoon. No severe weather is expected, and impacts should remain minor. Temperatures will struggle to reach the low 70s on Wednesday, despite sunny skies returning by the afternoon. Wednesday could be a little breezy at times, too. Sunny skies and highs in the upper 70s will finish out August, and we'll be back in the 80s to start September and Labor Day Weekend on Friday. While this is typically the unofficial end of summer, Mother Nature will forcefully ignore this tradition. Highs will be in the upper 80s for the Notre Dame Football home opener against Tennessee State, and we could potentially see highs climb into the 90s for FIVE straight days next week.
Tonight: Clear and comfortable. Low 55.
Tomorrow: Mostly sunny early. Scattered storms are possible in the afternoon/early evening. High 80.
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy early, then mostly sunny and cooler. High 72.
Thursday: Sunny. High 77.
