Pedestrian injured in crash on Cleveland Road

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- A pedestrian was injured in a crash that happened on Cleveland Road near Martin Lane early Friday morning.
A Kia Forte was traveling westbound on Cleveland Road when it struck a pedestrian who was walking in the road near the curb in the westbound lane, according to the Fatal Crash Team.
The driver of the Kia remained at the scene following the crash.
The pedestrian, DeAngelo Reshad Buchanan, 25, was taken to the hospital where he was treated and released.
FACT is investigating.
