Patchy fog will start Wednesday as temperatures fall into the mid-50s. The fall-like morning, for the first day of school for many in the area. School delays are unlikely as visibility should stay over a mile, but make sure to double-check in the morning. The fog fades and Wednesday is a pleasant day with sunshine. Rain returns Thursday, off-and-on showers from the morning through the afternoon. Thursday will also be breezy, with wind gusts topping 30 mph. Friday is fair, and a stretch of hot summer weather builds through the weekend.
Tonight: Patchy fog. Low 54.
Wednesday: Sunny. High 80.
Thursday: Showers, breezy. High 78.
Friday: Sunny. High 76.
