GOSHEN, Ind. -- The Estate of Angela Gatto, the 47-year old woman who died in a motorcycle crash in Jefferson Township on July 18, is filing a lawsuit against the motorcycle club she was riding with.
The lawsuit claims she died due to negligence and the use of blockers.
One of the other riders involved in the accident and two motorcycle clubs are being sued, as is the Michiana-Elkhart chapter of the Harley-Davidson Owners Group, North End Cycle Shop, Hoosier Harley-Davidson, and the City of Elkhart.
The prosecution is seeking compensation and damages for her death and burial.
