ELKHART, Ind. -- The Learner Theatre has announced the Elkhart Municipal Band is presenting Postcards in concert on Sunday, Mar. 1 at 3 p.m. 

Postcards is a musical journey inspired by places, cultures, and the spirit of travel. From the vibrant rhythms and colors of Sam Hazo’s Arabesque and Randall Standridge’s Havana Nights to the bold energy of The Klaxon March, each selection evokes the essence of a destination.

Elkhart native Evelyn Theinert will travel from Bloomington to lead the band in Nocturne for Harp by Clare Grundman.

Theinert is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Harp Performance at Indiana University.

Join the Elkhart Municipal band in celebrating travel, culture, and connection through sound.
