ELKHART, Ind. - Elkhart Mayor Rod Roberson announced his decision to run for mayor in 2023 during an event at the Winchester Mansion on Tuesday.
Mayor Roberson has held the seat since 2019.
An announcement was originally scheduled for late November but the day before the announcement, Mayor Roberson's older brother, 70-year-old Garvin Roberson, was declared missing.
