ELKHART COUNTY, Ind.-- The 3rd Annual Sister Cities Elkhart Hispanic Heritage Festival will be held on Saturday Sept. 28, at the Elkhart Central Green and Elkhart Civic Plaza from 12 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
This year’s festival promises a day full of rich cultural experiences, lively entertainment, and family-friendly activities.

The festival will feature live music from various countries, showcasing the diversity and unity of our community.
Attendees can enjoy performances by the Cepillao, Los Ortega, and the evening's headliner, La Sonora Dinamita.
"We are thrilled to invite everyone to this year’s Sister Cities Festival," said Patty Gorostieta. "It’s a wonderful opportunity to experience the global diversity that our city embraces, all while enjoying a day of entertainment and community spirit."
The festivities will culminate in a spectacular fireworks display that will light up the night sky starting at 10 p.m.
