A look into South Bend Cubs new updated menu
ELKHART, Ind. - The Elkhart County correctional facility is implementing new procedures for sending mail to inmates.
Instead of receiving the original paper mail sent to them, inmates will now recelive a scanned version of their letters electronically via kiosks or tablet computers.
Exceptions are made for mail from an inmate's attorney.
After being scanned, the original mail item will be destroyed.
All non-legal mail should now be sent to a new address:
