Elkhart County to get $180K refund on inaccurate A.I. body scanners meant for courthouse

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Elkhart County Board of Commissioners President Brad Rogers confirmed to ABC57 that the county will be getting a $180,000 refund for three A.I. powered body scanners which were meant to be used for county courthouse.

Rogers said during a trial run, it was found they were not very accurate.

The county will instead use metal detectors.
