Dump the Pump Day planned

SOUTH BEND, Ind. — The South Bend common council wants residents to "dump the pump" June 20.
Thursday is the eighth annual Dump the Pump Day. It encourages people to take public transportation instead of driving.
Public transportation is better for the environment and more affordable than driving a personal car.
