Rum Village Dog Park opens in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- Officials opened Rum Village Dog Park in South Bend on Wednesday.

This is the first permanent city-owned dog park.

The park is split into three sections for small dogs, big dogs and community space for dog birthday parties.
